| Abstract | The training in Work Psychology has long time ago exceeded the boundaries of this branch of Psychology. This means that this subject is taught in University departments other than traditional ones. Clear examples of the training in Psychology subjects within non psychology studies are the subjects 'Work Psychology 1' and 'Work Psychology 2' that are taught in the studies of Labor Relations. Work and organizational psychologists face a challenge and an opportunity at the same time, since this demand will presumably go on tor the years to come. This paper puts forward a model of curriculum for the training of Labor Relations students which also refers to other contents of these studies. The whole Knowledge, bot theoretical and practical, included in this model is to be considered within the broader context of a multidisciplinary training aimed at enabling the student for his future role as expert in sociolabor problems. |
