| Abstract | Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community Regional Partnership Council Pursuant to A.R.S. §8‐1194(A) and A.R.S. §38‐431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the First Things First ‐ Arizona Early Childhood Development & Health Board, Salt River Pima Maricopa Indian Community Regional Partnership Council and to the general public that the Council will hold a meeting open to the public on Thursday May 8, 2008, at 5:30 p.m. at the Salt River Pima‐Maricopa Indian Community Schools, Education Administration Building, in the Education Board Room, 4815 N. Center Scottsdale AZ 85256. Some members of the Council may elect to attend telephonically. Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38‐431.03(A)(3), the Board may vote to go into Executive Session, which will not be open to the public, to obtain legal advice regarding any matter on this agenda. The Council may hear items on the agenda out of order. The Council may discuss, consider, or take action regarding any item on the agenda. The Council may elect to solicit public comment on certain agenda items. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Call to order Yolanda Y. Adams, Regional Coordinator 2. Call to the Public (no more than 3 minutes per person) Yolanda Y. Adams This is the time for public comment. Members of the Board mat not discuss or take legal action regarding matters that are not specifically identified on the agenda. Therefore, pursuant to A.R.S§38‐431.01 (H), action taken as a result of public comment will be limited to directing staff to study the matter, responding to any criticism, or scheduling the matter for further consideration and decision 3.
