| Abstract | This article aimed to measure and characterize agribusiness economy of Rio Grande do Sul - Rest of Brazil - Base Year 2003. The methodology used is anchored in the model input-output interregional cooperation. It was found that, on average, while agribusiness segments are grouped, represent approximately 40.2% of the value added of Rio Grande do Sul and 22.6% of the Rest of the Brazilian Economy. It was observed that 0.4% of Value Added by the Agribusiness from the Rest of Brazil is derived from inter-regional relations with Rio Grande do Sul. Though the interregional relations of the Rest of Brazil and Rio Grande do Sul are responsible for the generation of 7.9% of Value Added Agribusiness of Rio Grande do Sul.
