Abstract	It is shown in this article a first insight to simulators topic and its impact in the organization management. It is analysed with a descriptive and documental methodology. The developement, the funtioning and implementation process of the simulation models, starting from the General Systems Theory as a focus to analyse the organisation and its complexity. Including its utilization at the forming processes within the pedagogical practice companies, colleges and universities.
