| Abstract | Optimal method of calculation of short-circuit in a power distribution network The complexity of the calculation of the currents of short-circuit lying primarily in the determination of the value of the impedance of the network upstream of the point of defect, it seems obvious that one cannot trust with the traditional method which consists in locating the default at the head feeder for the current of maximum short-circuit and in end of line for the current of minimum short-circuit when it is about an electric public distribution network. The aims in view by the authors in this article, is in a first to determine the precise values of the currents of minimum and maximum short-circuit by feeder of the portion of network “COTONOU EST” of the Beninese Company of Electrical energy, then to study the optimal method of calculation of the currents of short-circuit in an electric public distribution network. |
