Abstract	Trends in the development of non-profit organization which progressively increased in number, making competition among these organizations had increased, including in managerial activities. With the development of increasingly advanced technologies that today's non-profit organizations should improve their managerial performance by utilizing the technology. Among others in the recording of financial data to be used as financial statements. In PATTIRO, financial data processing to be used as the report is still done manually which causes management to lose control. So that may just be the transactions that are not listed, lost documents, and the problem of reporting delay that makes the financial statements are inaccurate and can not be used as a basis for making decisions. Based on these problems, in this study developed the Financial Information System for Registration of Non-Profit Organizations that can be used to process and store financial data in the form of organization that cash receipts and data to produce financial statements are accurate, timely and accountable. Recording Financial Information System Development Non-Profit Organizations using Develompent Rapid application development (RAD), which refers to the theory of Jeffery L.Whitten et al. (2004) with Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a means of modeling system.The technology used for the construction of systems software is a programming language PHP 5.2.9, Apache 2.2 as web server, and MySQL 5.0 as a database. Design of Information Systems Financial Record Non-Profit Organization is managed to keep records of cash receipts and disbursements in a single format, making the internal control system for the better by involving all parties in the transaction recording, storing data in a database so reducing the risk of losing the use of paper and transaction records , and generate accurate financial reports, timely, and reliable.
