Abstract	Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome is a potentially fatal complication of ovarian stimulation achieved for sterility treatment. Object of our study is comparing Cabergoline and GnRH Antagonists use in monotherapy or combined in order to prevent the syndrome. We have valuted drugs impact on number of hyperstimulation cases, on pregnancy rate, on estrogens and hematocrit value reduction found in the three analyzed groups. In particular, these last values have been analyzed after 24 hours after hCG administration contextually with the ovocyte pick up and later on embryo transfer day. According to achieved results, combined therapy turns out more effective than monotherapy for OHSS prevention even preserving pregnancy rate. Besides, combined therapy is resulted more effective in reducing estrogens and hematocrit levels than isolated one with GnRH Antagonists and Cabergoline.
