Abstract	The development of this research demonstrates the different administrative errors that occur within prisons to members of the security forces and the deployment improperly prison treatment programs, bringing with this trauma within the establishment management and bumping with key internal staff rights. A proposal based on the profiling of offenders in which the need to break with patterns of general treatment to pass one single order, designing from there programs for prison treatment tailored to their needs, and to facilitate different processes concludes is designed administration management.
