| Abstract | Increase the value of the company is the company's main objective, namely by increasing the share price. High stock prices would make the market believe in the company's performance and prospects for the future. The company's financial manager should be able to understand the factors that affect the value of the company to increase the value of the company and shareholders to prosper. This study aims to determine the significance of the effect of firm size, leverage and profitability of the company's value. The study population was food and beverage company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2011-2014 period, amounting to a population of as many as 16 companies. Determination of the number of samples in this study using purposive sampling method, using purposive sampling purpose is to obtain a representative sample in accordance with the prescribed criteria researchers .Teknik analysis in this research is multiple linear regression using SPSS as data processing. Based on the analysis found that the size of the company's positive effect on firm value, leverage positive effect on firm value, and profitability has positive effect on firm value. |
