El articulo examina la conformidad de tal mecanismo con los principios de autonomia politica y financiera constitucionalmente garantizados. EnglishThe International Monetary Fund (IMF) has recently urged the Spanish government to make use of the intervention mechanism of the Autonomous Communities provided in the Organic Budget Law. The article examines the conformity of such a mechanism with the principles of political and financial autonomy constitutionally guaranteed.
