| Abstract | BATTISTI, Douglas. Proposed Implementation Levels G and F of the Company MPS.BR Junior Course of Computer Engineering. 2013. 177f. Trabalho de Conclusao de Curso (graduacao) Curso Superior de Tecnologia em Analise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Universidade Tecnologica Federal do Parana. Pato Branco, 2013. Companies increasingly seek to improve their processes and the quality of its products, in order to obtain results within the time, cost and desired quality. Standards and models for improving the software process as the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), ISO/IEC 12207 standard and the model called Improvement of Brazilian Software Process (MPS.BR) are important tools to support the implementation of processes software company aimed at raising the level of quality. The Junior Company of the Course of Computer Engineering Engineering OCCAM , which will soon start its activities, aims at developing services aimed at software development. This company does not have well-defined processes for doing this job , what is done rather necessary, considering the diversity of people working on their projects, as well as flexibility in the work. Thus, this paper also aims to propose models of artifacts and development processes, based on the levels of G and F MPS.BR, to be implemented by OCCAM Engineering , in order to standardize the performance of activities related to the development of software services by the company. The MPS.BR introduced himself as the model most suitable for implementation in OCCAM Engineering, because it is an affordable model in terms of costs and documentation, besides showing applicable to small software companies. Necessary for the implementation of the G and F of this company evidence MPS.BR levels were defined. The latter based on ISO / IEC 12207 From this, the processes and artifacts considered as applicable to the OCCAM Engineering initially, which are related to Configuration Management , Quality Assurance, Measurement and Supply were defined. Each process was documented detailing each activity that the company should develop, and eventually were adapted and developed models of artifacts required to implement the activities of each process. Thus, each activity refers to its artifact and, similarly, the frames of reference the evidence and artifact items needed for each show expected results for a given process . |
