Abstract	Health is the result of the interaction of various factors both internal and external factors. According to WHO, each year about 2.2 million people in developing countries, especially children die from diseases caused by lack of save drinking water, poor sanitation and hygiene. Bathrooms are available only 6 bathrooms and 2 toilet, it is not commensurate wiht the number of students in SD Negeri IV Baturetno Wonogiri is 179 students. This study aims to relations the knowledge level of hygiene behavior and healthy students of SD Negeri IV Baturetno Wonogiri.This research method is observational and quantitative in nature with cross-sectional design. The study population was the fourth grade students who are 39 students and fifth grade students who are 39 students so total population is 78 students. Sample collection method which is used is exhaustive sampling. Sample were obviously IV and V students of SD Negeri IV Baturetno Wonogiri. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis and coefficient analysis contingent. The result of Fisher's Exact Test calculation obtained p value 0.000<0.05, it indicates that there is significant relationship of healthy and clean life in SD Negeri IV Baturetno.
