Abstract	El Nefopam parece tener un papel en la analgesia multimodal. Se le atribuye un efecto ahorrador en el consumo de opiaceos postoperatorios. Asimismo, reduce la incidencia de nauseas, somnolencia y escalofrios mejorando el confort del paciente durante la primera fase de recuperacion. ABSTRACT Nefopam seems to play a role in multimodal analgesia. It is attributed a saving effect in the consumption of postoperative opiates. It also reduces the incidence of nausea, drowsiness and chills, which improves the patient's comfort during the first phase of recovery.
