| Abstract | The case study is done to analyze the financial, marketing, project management and human management aspects to improve management decision making within Transejes. Methodologies are used as a model of valuation of financial assets (CAPM), the tools of “marketing mix” and lean CANVAS, the methodology “Six Sigma” or Six Sigma the DMAIC tool (Define-MeasureAnalyze-Improve and Control), DOFA methodology (Weaknesses-Opportunities-Strengths and Threats), also a strategic planning exercise guided by the DOFA methodology (WeaknessesOpportunities-Strengths and Threats), which was carried out at the beginning of the year and compared with the methodologies to analyze whether It includes in the defined actions but also the opportunities for improvement that strengthen the strategic plans and objectives are analyzed. |
