Abstract	We reported a case in a female patient, with hematury and pain in her lower abdomen since 38 years ago. She went through Transurethral resectiont of the bladder (TURB) and the pathological report was adenocarcinoma. Thus the next surgery was radical cystectomy, since then after laboratory and gabinet tests she is free of bladder cancer right now.
