Abstract	The main objective of this research project is to design a model of the value chain of the hydrocarbons sector in Colombia, based on the construction of a conceptual framework, the characterization of the sector's operations; its strengths and weaknesses, Opportunities and the threats it faces. Also, national and international experiences of success in logistics integration are identified and analyzed. In addition, the agents, elements and actors are identified and a previous modeling is carried out, which from the consultation of experts is possible to validate and obtain a definitive modeling that will fit and manage the operations of the oil sector in the country.
