| Abstract | The samples of ruthenium impregnated in hypercrosslinked polystyrene and activated carbon were tested in D-glucose hydrogenation using mini reactror systems. Catalysts were characterized by nitrogen physisorption, X-Ray photoelectron spectroscopy, hydrogen chemisorption, X-Ray fluorescence analysis. Physicochemical changes of the studied catalysts are shown during the catalysts stability investigation. A strong influence of the reactor type on the catalysts stability in D-glucose hydrogenation is discussed. |
