| Abstract | espanolVarios estudios han tratado los cuantificadores de manera general en la historia del espanol (Eberenz 2000; Camus 2005, 2009). Sin embargo, es limitado el numero de monografias que abordan todo en epocas especificas (Suarez 2012). Por eso, con motivo de la reciente disposicion del corpus del Diccionario del castellano del siglo XV en la Corona de Aragon (DiCCA-XV) a un publico amplio, este estudio presenta el funcionamiento del cuantificador en el castellano oriental del siglo XV. Asi pues, presentando la evolucion de todo desde el latin a las lenguas romances (Banos 2009; Bertocchi, Maraldi y Orlandini 2010) y partiendo de los cuatro contextos que senala Camus (2009) para el castellano medieval, se analizan dos: todo + (articulo definido) + numerales, en el que el comportamiento del articulo en dicho periodo es responsable de que confluyan ambos contextos; y, demostrativo + todo, estructura motivada por razones de caracter sintactico y pragmatico EnglishSeveral studies have analyzed quantifiers in Spanish from a historical perspective (Eberenz 2000; Camus 2005, 2009). However, the number of papers which deal with todo in specific periods is limited (Suarez 2012). That, together with the recent creation of the Diccionario del castellano del siglo XV en la Corona de Aragon (DiCCA-XV), has led to the research of todo in the Eastern Castilian Spanish of the fifteenth century. The study starts by describing the evolution of this quantifier from Latin to Romance Languages (Banos 2009; Bertocchi, Maraldi y Orlandini 2010) as well as the four different contexts with todo Camus (2009) pointed out for Medieval Castilian. The research thus considers: todo + (a definite article) + roman numerals, in which the article in that period is responsible for the convergence of both structures, and demonstrative + todo, which emerges due to syntactic and pragmatic reasons. |
