| Abstract | It is essential in the planning and management of health and implements a scheduling system for appointments that knife reordering in the execution of actions and care services to the users of the Basic Health Unit Cabanas. Thus, the schedule for consultations on Cabanas Basic Health Unit comes the need to ensure care for all, with the intention of giving a response to the user on how the service can be effective and can the whole community, resizing them to form contemplate their needs and, from there, providing changes that promote improvements in service to users. This study aims to develop an intervention proposal to organize the agenda of the Basic Health Unit Cabanas, seeking to improve the accessibility of the population to meet the Basic Health Unit. To support the development of the intervention project a survey was done bibliographic the Virtual Health Library. The intervention project was designed from the fundamentals of the situational strategic planning, and it is expected that their implementation is feasible and will bring improvements in care the population.. |
