| Abstract | The efforts to implement the Bologna process have led to the development of new strategies and programs to prepare future teachers of FLE in Albania. By providing an overview of the situation in the recent past and the innovations introduced by the inclusion of our courses under the Bologna process, this article focuses mainly on the way that our students on teaching internship do consider the teacher's profession. We have based our analysis on the answers given by our students for a number of questions we have asked them immediately after their internship. The questions regarding the choice of profession, the FLE teachers' skills, the relationship between teachers and students, the modifications to the existing practices, etc., have received various responses, confirming the fact that the will to bring something new to the profession is not a dream but a well-rooted project that need to be implemented. |
