| Abstract | Objective: the objective of this study is to characterize the model of primary care in oral health in the municipality of Pato Branco/PR, through the analysis of quantitative data obtained in the SIA / SUS, from 2008 to 2017. Method: the method that we used was descriptive research. The data obtained were separated into two groups: preventive procedures (preventive actions and dental consultation) and dressings (restorative, surgical and periodontal procedures). Results: in the period evaluated, there was a general increase in oral health production in the municipality, being 6,516% of preventive actions, 49.06% in the first dental appointment, 560.75% in the restorative procedure, 72.90% in surgical procedures; and 255.66% in periodontal procedures. Conclusion: the research made it possible us to identify, based on outpatient production characteristics, a trend towards the basic model of oral health with a focus on preventive actions. |
