Abstract	The airplane navigator personnel serve on board of aircrafts in conditions that differ from the rest of the workers; this is why their labor regime turns out to be a special status, thus regulating dif- ferent and special working conditions considering aviation activity, with the corresponding correlation with the pension scheme.
