Abstract	The development of information technology and internet distribution supporting infrastructure in Indonesia has given the opportunity to make a positive contribution in the world of education. Conventional methods of evaluating learning in writing, will slowly be replaced with the use of information technology, the Web-based applications in particular. Evaluation method integrated web-based learning has many benefits compared to written methods that have been applied long ago. This application is the integration of test design, test execution process, correction and analysis of the evaluation results into a unified system of learning evaluation. Teachers and students can use the integrated learning evaluation system as an alternative method to perform simulation tests, which is fast, precise, and also practical.
