| Abstract | This thesis has the aim of establish a compilation of the citizen’s rights in urbanism. By one hand, the right of having access to the urbanistic information, means to study exhaustively the right of having access to the archives and registries applied to urbanism, that, nowadays, and because of the presence of a modern Public Administration, and technologically developed, needs to be completed with the obligation of the Administration of providing an active divulgation role and to publish all its activity. By the other hand, it is necessary to pay attention to the right of participation, analyzed from a functional optic and from the citizen’s perspective, which it means to study the participation of the citizens in the period of public information, as much as their participation through other not institutionalized instruments: the local referendum and the public consultation |
