| Abstract | The present work wants to highlight the importance of educational leadership, as the way in which public schools must move forward to obtain the quality demanded by the current society. But also, it is important to clarify in this work that the responsibility for that demanded educational quality will depend on the center itself, which must be charged with a level of autonomy that allows each center to develop their own projects, adapting them to their contexts, in order also to be able to ask for responsibilities to the director leadership for the results obtained. |
