| Abstract | In this paper we introduce the concept of an iSurface; a surface coated with a multitude of identical nano-scale computing devices called iCells. Based on earlier extensive simulation work, we describe the computational limits of amorphous computing for image display applications and explain how such surfaces could be used to create a variety of novel fashion applications ranging from electronic wallpaper, active jewellery to adaptive clothing. |
