| Abstract | CYFRA 21-1 was reported as the best concordance with NSCLC response, which has considerable potential for early diagnostic and prognosis of NSCLC. However, current methods for CYFRA 21-1 detection suffered from labor-intensive steps, low sensitivity, and high cost. Here we proposed a CMOScompatible silicon nanowire field-effect-transistors (SiNW-FETs) with integrated PDMS microfluidic sample delivery system for ultrasensitive, label-free, and real-time detection of CYFRA 21-1. The nanosensors demonstrated a high sensitivity of CYFRA 21-1 as low as 1fg/mL, as well as good selectivity for other lung cancer biomarker CEA. |
