| Abstract | PT. Bank Maluku is one of the regional banks in Indonesia. In conducting its activities, PT. Bank Maluku uses information technology to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the services provided. The problems that frequently occurs in the PT. Bank Maluku is slow data processing due a high level of use of the system, human error, system maintenance process that sometimes interfere the system performance, even system often experience down. This research aimed to evaluate the performance of information technology governance done by the IT division at PT. Bank Maluku based on COBIT 4.1 framework. The research method using qualitative descriptive method, data collection is done by the method of observation, interviews, and literature study. In general, information technology governance have been properly applied by the IT division at PT. Bank Maluku, that the overall reached maturity level 2 Repeatable but Intutive. |
