| Abstract | ABOUT THE AUTHOR: Ms. Tucker is Director of Advocacy and Legal Affairs for Compassion & Choices. Prior to joining Compassion & Choices, she was in private practice with Perkins Coie LLP in Seattle, Washington. She is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, teaching Law, Medicine, and Ethics at the End of Life. She has held appointments as Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Washington School of Law, Lewis & Clark Law School, and Seattle University School of Law.
