Abstract	Pineapple is one of the tropical fruits those are popular in public to consume fresh fruit, is also main material of canned fruit industry and processed products such as jam, syrup, and others. It contains many important elements that needed by the body, they are water, protein, carbohydrate, fiber, and minerals such as calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and sodium. The content of vitamin are vitaminC, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin and vitamin A. Food content potassium good for people with high blood pressure. The purpose of this research was to know the level of calcium, potassium, and sodium in pineapple fruit contained in the lowlands and the highlands. The determination of these metal was done by using atomic absorption spectrophotometer using flame with the wavelength at 422.7 nm for calcium, at 766.5 nm for potassium and at 589.0 nm for sodium. The result showed that the levels of calcium in pineapple fruit contained in the lowlands and the highlands were (12.81 ±0.1879) mg/100 g and (4.13 ± 0.1669) mg/100 g. The levels of potassium in pineapple fruit contained in the lowlands and the highlands were (115.59 ± 0.7187) mg/100 g and (70.95 ± 0.7587) mg/100 g. The levels of sodium in pineapple fruit contained in the lowlands and the highlands were (4.63 ± 0.2006) mg/100 g and (2.65 ± 0.2201) mg/100 g. Statistically, the average difference test calcium, potassium, and sodium content between pineapple fruit contained in the lowlands and the highlands used the t distribution, concluded that the content of calcium, potassium, and sodium in pineapple fruit contained in the lowlands were significantly higher than highlands.
