Abstract	This report deals with knowledge organization schemes (KOS) and methods (mapping classifications, linking related subjects, query expansion etc.) applied at the Science-Technolgy Library catalogue (Pavia, Italy). We discuss about an online tool called SciGator which allows users to browse the Dewey Decimal Classification classes used in different libraries at the University of Pavia and to perform different types of search in the OPAC.
