Abstract	The objective of the research is to establish the bases for the standardization of the Peruvian population clothing sizing by means of optimizing resources, processes and supply, adjusted to the satisfaction of the market needs. Surveys of entrepreneurs, interviews with experts and anthropometric measurements revealed important results. Based on international standards and expert recommendations, 28 body measurements were carried out, achieving a method for taking manual body measurements.
