| Abstract | In Brazil there are two national policies that encourage the use of Phytotherapeutics as alternative therapy in Primary Health Care (ABS): National Policy of Medicinal Plants and Phytotherapics (PNPMF) and the National Policy of Integrative and Complementary Practices (PNPIC), which provide (SUS) through the list of medicinal plants of interest to SUS (RENISUS).
