| Abstract | This paper examines the social function of ownership of media. Specifically, the role of large corporations, media companies that provide service information to the public, regarding the performance of social function in their activities. It, too, of the property, especially the intangible, and its role in the phenomenon concentration business. Study the information as a commodity offered to the consumer market. Also examine the legal regime to which these companies are linked media, finally bringing the constitutional constraints that govern the activity of media.
