Abstract	Introduction: the nursing consulting is directed to the population in general in the different stages of the human life cycle, using the nursing process as a methodological tool that guides the actions of this care, this appears as a response to the need to expand the offer of services health to the population, promote healthy behaviors, promote self-care, and develop the autonomous practice of nursing professionals. Objective: describe the level of satisfaction of the users of the neurological nursing consultancy of the National Institute of Neurology and Neurosurgery (INNN) from January to April 2018. Material and methods: within the INNN nursing consulting, a descriptive and quantitative cross-sectional study was carried out. The sample included 50 relatives and patients, who come to the service for their assessment, instruction and follow-up. A modified questionnaire / survey was applied, based on the opinion survey of the Nursing Subdirection, consisting of 10 items. Results: the level of satisfaction was evaluated through a scale in which users chose a score of “9” “satisfied” and a 74% score (10) “very satisfied”, showing a good level of satisfaction. In the study, only general satisfaction was evaluated, without specifying specific components, so the final result of satisfaction corresponds to all the elements with which contact was made when demanding attention. Conclusion: the level of satisfaction of the users of the INNN nursing consulting is high, complying with the quality indicator proposed for the nursing consulting.
