| Abstract | Tricuspid atresia is the third most common form of cyanotic congenital heart disease with a prevalence of about 10 cases per 1,000 live births.1 It is defined by the absence of a direct connection between the right atrium and the right ventricle.2 Double outlet left ventricle (DOLV) is a very rare anomaly occurring in approximately 0.003 to 0.09 per 1,000 live births.3 In this malformation, the aorta and the pulmonary artery emerge wholly or predominantly from the morphological left ventricle. |
