Abstract	Workshop of Vocational Guidance: building strategies of intervention on Career Fair This paper reports the research of a short duration group device called “workshop of vocational guidance” for USP Career Fair. It contains a bibliographical review of the concept of workshop, then the research discriminates the stages of its construction, namely: preparation of a diagnosis; identification of demands; survey of goals; development of the activities; and evaluation of results. The workshop was built and performed in 2013 USP Career Fair, with que participation of 3378 people. As main results, 89.3% said that the workshop helped on their professional issue. The workshop showed to be an efficient and economic strategy to provide a big number of people with professional information and active self knowledge.
