| Abstract | Faced with the situation of existing social problems in the Country, linked to the inability of the State carries out the functions that you are responsible for, the third sector organizations appear with the purpose to meet the needs of society, acting as agent of the public sphere capable of articulating movements, associations and other organizations in the acquisition of social demands present in the private sphere, helping the public authority in carrying out their duties. Considered the relevance and presence of these organizations in the Brazilian political scene, rises the question about the sustainability of these fronts to financing difficulties for the implementation of their actions. In this sense, the present study aims, through the method of action research and case study, develop a Plan for the Mobilization of Resources for the Association Friends in Culture, with a view to contribute to the sustainability of their social actions, considering the strategic environment in which it is inserted. For both, this research deals with the phenomena that assume the problems in an exploratory basis, of a qualitative nature, based on bibliographic rescue and in the use of techniques based on interviews unstructured, analysis of internal documents and observations of the researcher-actor in the environment of management of NGO. Was investigated about their strategic aspects, relating them with the history and practices of the organization focused on the mobilization of resources. As a result of this interaction between theory and organizational practice, the research has outlined a plan for the mobilization of resources to the organization, and their sustainability. In the end, it was possible to consider that the strategies outlined in the plan have identified, on the basis of the redemption bibliographic, aspects related to its contribution to the decision-making related to the mobilization of resources in the organization, aiming at its sustainability and consequently the scope of its strategic objectives. |
