Abstract	THE INFLUENCE OF CUSTOMER DELIGHT AND CORPORATE IMAGE ON CUSTOMER LOYALTY IN CARREFOUR HYPERMARKET PLAZA MEDAN FAIR This research aims to identify and analyze the influence of customer delight (justice, esteem, finishing touch) and corporate image on customer loyalty in Carrefour Hypermarket Plaza Medan Fair. The population in this research is the customer Carrefour Hypermarket Plaza Medan Fair Gatot Subroto Street No.30 Medan. The sampling technique using purposive sampling with the criteria customers who shop at least twice a month. The hypothesis is tested by using descriptive analysis method, multi linear regression analysis with significant level 5%. The results of this research indicates that the independent variable, i.e. customer delight (justice, esteem, finishing touch) and corporate image has a significant and positive influence on customer loyalty in Carrefour Hypermarket Plaza Medan Fair. It can be seen from the simulatenous testing (F-test) where Fvalue 13.078 > Ftable 2.47 at 95% confidence level (α = 5%) and significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Based on value of R-square for 36,8%, customer loyalty can be explained by the variables of customer delight (justice, esteem, finishing touch) and corporate image while the remaining 63,2% can be explained by other factors not examined in this research.
