| Abstract | This work had as main objective research the relationship between the strategy-making process in chess and in organizations. Also seeks to understand how the game works and is structured as an organization for the development of teamwork in highly coordinated and functional form for yielding organizational achievements. Questions the role of the manager as to performance and decision making, to understand if it could be posible, with continued practice of this game, to develop skills for decision and skills that will raise awareness about the best way to get information relating them to their environment as their adversary. Additionally understand how could the game board become the organizational setting in which the same way the chess game pieces are distributed, also the functions are distributed as well as different components of organizational structure to achieve a strategy and make efficient and positive decisions for the organization. |
