| Abstract | This study has as the main theme the creation and the engagement of communities in collaborative projects. The main objective is to analyze and understand the relationship motivations and strategies used in the engagement and in the construction of the belongingness sentiment and also the formation of community with the actors involved in collaborative projects. The research uses an exploratory approach, quantitative-qualitative, and has, as methodology, bibliographic research and a case study. It also comprehended, for the data collection, documental analysis techniques, interviews and questionnaires. For the analysis, it was used the interpretative analysis. Through bibliographic research, it was presented the concepts of social bonds, interaction and relationship networks and the communication under human and social perspectives. The case study had, as the main object, the collaborative project Vila Flores. In the end, it was determined that the strategies used for the engagement of the actors are the building of interaction moments, such as events, celebrations and monthly meetings, and the motivation is related to the connection to other programs and other actors that have similar values, aiming the formation of a community. Moreover, it was possible to understand that the communication is the fundamental piece to the collaborative processes and to the belongingness sentiment, insuring the maintenance of a collaborative management. |
