| Abstract | The Valle del Cauca is a region that is characterized for having an industrial advanced development, where several factors as the agro, the industry, the investment and the logistics join in search of generating productivity to the whole region, not only for the companies that there reside but also for his people, the inhabitants and all those that do part of the commonness. For the crucial development of the SMES in the international areas and in search of generating an expansion of the same ones the consortia of export exist, fundamental tool to promote the exports of these small enterprises. The consortia of export, of agreement to the definition of the United Nations Organization for the Industrial Development ONUDI, It consists of an alliance that realizes in a voluntary way for a corporate group that it has as end promote the goods and the services of each one of his members abroad and in turn facilitate the processes of export of the same ones across actions sets that facilitate the development of his commercial activities. This work has as aim announce the benefits of which one would enjoy SMES, from the consolidation of a structure that enumerates the activities of the consortia of export and as these the PYMES involve for it. |
