| Abstract | ERGONOMY AND WORK ORGANIZATION IN INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS: A PROPOSAL TO THE COLECTIVE FEED The study theme is the application of the ergonomic approach of the mannagement o f industrial projects, to make possible the projection of work organization situation in the collective feed production sector. This approach starts from the analysis o f the workers activities in the actual work conditions, before the modifications, and in the similar situations, both used as reference. The Colective Feed sector is represented by the establishments envolved with produces and distributes meals to collectivity. In order to get the sector characterization, work has been made trying to demonstrate its social and economic importance, and intrinsic aspects of this activity. The theoretical analysis has envolved questions related to: the industrial projects mannagement; the work organization, refering to the determinants and the different organization ways; and to the methodology wich is proposed. The utensil higienization sector of the Universitary Restaurant of the Santa Catarina Federal University, used as a reference situation, giving substantial elements o f the studied sector. Documents have been made in order to list the previous cited aspects of the analysis in clear way, to support the different phasis o f project mannagement. All the discussed aspecs in the study, have the aim to sustentate itself and to demonstrate the complexity o f the work organization theme, wich is intended to be developed in a further period, may be as a PhD thesis. |
