| Abstract | Radicular cysts are the most common odontogenic cyst. It is an inflammatory cyst associated with the root apex of a nonvital tooth. Most radicular cysts are small but can reach a large size causing displacement of surrounding structures. Here, we present a rare case of huge radicular cyst in both maxilla and mandible in a 36-year-old patient. |
