| Abstract | Biologics which are given subcutaneously are usually injected at certain prementioned sites such as the upper arms, thighs, or any quadrant of the abdomen. In erythrodermic patients, these conventional sites are usually affected. In our series of six patients of psoriatic erythroderma, we selected unconventional apparently spared sites to inject secukinumab subcutaneously which returned similar results as compared to injecting at conventional sites as reported by other studies. |
