Description	Journal: Journal of Physics E: Scientific Instruments Information on the integrated gas consumption is required whenever liquid or solid gas sources are used in order to indicate when a source has to be renewed. The authors present a simple, inexpensive electronic integrator in conjunction with thermal mass-flow meters or controllers which can be used where visual control is not possible or desirable.
