| Description | Journal: Journal of Physics: Conference Series Thinking skills are very important in all aspects of life, especially education. In the era of 21st century skills, creative innovative thinking skills, play a serious role in improving students' life skills. This study aims to determine the application of research based learning (RBL) in improving students' creative innovative thinking skills in solving the total dominator coloring. Mixed methods is the research method used in this study. The research subjects consisted of two classes, namely 24 students in the control class and 21 students in the experimental class. The two classes were given a different treatment. Control class using PBL model and experimental class using RBL student worksheets. Homogenity test results on problems pre-test showed a significance value of 0.067 > 0.05, which means that the two classes are homogeneous. The results of the independent sample t-test showed the results of 0.000 < 0.05, which means significant. The conclusion obtained from this study is that there is an increase in students' creative innovative thinking skills after the application of research-based learning models in solving total dominator coloring problems. |
