Description	Journal: Iop Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science Focusing on optimizing the energy management strategy of the hybrid power system and improving the fuel economy, this paper mainly studies the determination of the optimal control target driving comfort, and obtains the optimal control law according to the optimal control theory, and designs the controller. Finally, in order to make the system control indicators reach the research goals, an observer is established for tracking observation.
