| Description | Journal: Journal of Physics: Conference Series Algorithm of the direct simulation Monte Carlo method for the flow of the hydrogen-methane mixture through a cylindrical channel has been developed. Heterogeneous reactions on tungsten channel surfaces and gas-phase reactions are included into model. The influence of the channel length on the degree of hydrogen and methane dissociation in the gas mixture have been analyzed. The obtained results can be useful for optimization of gas-dynamic sources of activated gas diamond synthesis. |
