Zener behaviour of p-SnS/ZnO and p-SnS/ZnS heterojunctions

| Description | Journal: Materials Research Express P-SnS/ZnO and p-SnS/ZnS heterojunction structures were found to have zener like behaviour in the ${\rm 3^{rd}}$ quadrant of their J-V characteristics. Our analysis of the J-V curve of the diodes shows that the reverse characteristics can be used to estimate the energy band diagram of the junction. This makes it an easy alternative to X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy method usually used. |
